Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Patta 4 piece
  2. Besan 1 bowl
  3. curd 1 bowl
  4. Water 2 bowl
  5. Muster seeds and Jira 1 tea spoon
  6. Oli 1 table spoon
  7. Haldi powder pinch of
  8. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. First blend water,curd and Besan as well.
  2. Now take pan and add above batter and stir until it became Thick.
  3. Now add pinch of haldi powder and salt
  4. Stir it.
  5. Now take another pan add oil and add Jira and mustard seed make it crackle.
  6. Add that oil in above pan and stir properly.
  7. Khandvi batter is ready
  8. Put patta and brush it with oil n add above Khandvi batter.
  9. Rest it for dry.
  10. Make roll and serve with mint chatni and green chili
