Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 cups rice
  2. 1 cup urad dal
  3. For Masala: - potato,2 green chilli,salt, 1/2 tbsp haldi ,cashew 10
  4. For chutney: - coconut powder 4 tbsp ,1 Tomato garlic 3 to 4 ,dry red chilli,salt
  5. Butter 1/2 cup
  6. Corriander
  7. Tuhar dal 1 cup
  8. Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  9. Tamarind chutney 2 tbsp
  10. Veggie (Tomato, chilli, Loki) As per choice
  11. N/A

Instructions

  1. Soak rice &urd dal for 8 hours then grind them
  2. For Masala: -heat a kadai add oil &mix all ing.then add corriender
  3. For chutney: - mix all ing & make a paste then add 2 tbsp butter ,mustrd seeds when it crackle add curry leaves.&put into mixture
  4. For Dosa:-heat dosa pan add butter after 2 min add butter on top.
  5. Add masala &roll dosa
  6. For Sambhar:- soak tuhar dal for 4 hours &whistle it.
  7. Heat a pan add butter, mustard seeds ,add veggie as want like Loki, Tomato; Green chilli
  8. Add sambhar Masala &salt &haldi,red chilli powder
  9. Add lemon juice &tamarind
  10. Garnish with corriender
