Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup gram flour
  2. 3 - 4 tablespoon curd
  3. half lime juice
  4. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1 tablespoon white oil
  6. 4 green chillies chopped
  7. half ginger paste
  8. salt according to taste
  9. 2 tablespoon sugar
  10. 1 sachet of eno fruit salt
  11. For tempering:
  12. few curry leaves
  13. pinch of mustard seeds
  14. 1 cup water
  15. 1 teaspoon sugar
  16. 3 green chillies
  17. 1 teaspoon white oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Take 4 green chillies and takeout chilli seeds and then finely chop it.
  2. 2. Now take the half slice of ginger and make a rough but fine paste .
  3. 3. Take a bowl add green chillies, ginger, gram flour, curd, sugar, salt, oil, lime juice mix it well and keep it aside for 10 minutes. The consistency should be spoon dropped.
  4. 4. Grease a microwave proof glass bowl.
  5. 5. After 10 minutes add eno and mix it well and quickly transfer it into the greased glass bowl.
  6. 6. In a microwave high 900 W cook for 5 minutes.
  7. 7. For tempering take a bowl and put curry leaves, mustard seed, sugar, oil, green chillies, water give a heat in gas oven.
  8. 8. After beep take the Dhokla out of the microwave and stand for few minutes then add the teamapering mixture to the Dhokla . After the mixture is absorbed into the Dhokla cut it into cubes as your wish.
