First of all take boneless chicken add in salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste. Now boil it and after chicken gets boiled shred it. Now take a wok. Put it on gas. Add oil. Now add in crushed ginger garlic. Saute it for few seconds. Now add green chilly paste and saute it again on high flame. Now add in green chilly sauce, red chilly sauce, soya sauce, salt, ajinomoto, orange red color. Saute it well. Let the water burn a little in it. Now add shredded chicken, mix it well and saute it again for 2 minutes. Now switch off the flame and let it cool. Now add finely chopped capsicum, spring onion green, mayonnaise, grated cheese and mix it well. Now put Samosa strips shown in the picture below and make squares. Fry it. Your delicious cheesy mayo box kabab are ready to eat. Serve it with tomato sauce.
