ABOUT Carrot Rabdi RECIPE

Carrot Rabdi is a sweet dish made with milk, carrot and some dry fruits. Tasty, healthy and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 and 1/2 litre milk
  2. 7-8 grated carrot
  3. one bowl kesar milk
  4. some chopped dry fruits
  5. one bowl sugar
  6. half spoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Take a deep pan and pour whole milk.
  2. After a single boil, slow the gas and simmer slowly slowly.
  3. Add kesar milk, add grated carrot and mix well till milk and carrot mix very well.
  4. Add dry fruits and sugar, mix well.
  5. When you get the perfect texture of Rabdi switch off the gas and mix cardamom powder.
  6. Your rabdi is ready to eat and enjoy.
