Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1/2 litre
  2. Onions 5
  3. Green chilli 2
  4. Oil 3 tablespoons
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Salt 1 teaspoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Chana dal 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Black gram dal 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Jeera 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and green chillies finely.
  2. Place a pan on stove. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, chana dal, black gram dal and jeera.
  3. Add curry leaves. Then add finely chopped onions and green chillies.
  4. Give a little fry and add turmeric powder. Leave it for 5 minutes to fry.
  5. Add salt. Stir it well then add milk. Cook it for 10 minutes.
  6. Now add red chilli powder. Leave it for 2 minutes, switch off the flame. Milk curry is ready to serve
