Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 8 tablespoon Sugar
  2. 8 Marie biscuit
  3. 200 gram Paneer
  4. 1 cup Yogurt
  5. Coffee powder

Instructions

  1. Blend paneer and yogurt, pour this mixture in muslin cloth and keep aside so that excess water can be removed.
  2. Take the paneer yogurt mix, add 6 tablespoons powdered sugar and fold well.
  3. Add coffee powder mixed in one teaspoon water in the mixture.
  4. Mix coffee powder and 2 spoon sugar in luke warm water.
  5. Take pudding bowl and dip biscuit in this luke warm mixture and place in bowl.
  6. Put one spoon paneer yogurt coffee mixture and again dip 2nd mixture and then repeat the process till the bowl gets filled.
  7. Refrigerate for 6-7 hours or overnight. Dust with coffee powder before serving.
