Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2. cups fresh methi bhaji
  2. 1 cup boiled green peas ( matar)
  3. 3 chopped tomatoes
  4. 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  5. 1 teaspoon jeera
  6. 2 teaspoon dhaniya jeera powder
  7. 1&1/2 teaspoon mirchi powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  10. salt to taste
  11. 1/3 cup fresh cream

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and crackle jeera.
  2. Add ginger and garlic paste, saute till light brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and saute them till the tomatoes are soft. Add all masala after 2 minutes, add methi leaves and boiled peas. Cook with lid 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes add fresh cream and mix well. Serve with roti or parantha.
