ABOUT Eggless Hot Milk Cake RECIPE

A eggless yummy hot milk cake which is very easy to make with minimum ingredients easily available at home.

Ingredients Serving: 10

Maida / All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1.5 teaspoon
Baking soda 2 pinch
Castor sugar 1 cup
Plain beaten yogurt 1/4 cup
Milk 3/4 cup
Unsalted butter 1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence 2 teaspoon
Baking tray / loaf pan

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degree C.
Grease a medium sized cake pan / loaf tin with butter.
In a sauce pan add milk along with room temperature butter and allow to heat until butter has melted.
Don't boil the milk.
Take another bowl, add beaten yogurt and sugar. Mix them very well until it becomes a creamy texture.
In another bowl add flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
Add the milk butter mixture to the yogurt mixture along with vanilla essence.
Now slowly start beat them until everything combined together.
Now slowly add the flour into 2 batches to the wet ingredients and fold with spatula until everything combined.
Pour the batter in the greased pan.
Tap the pan a couple of times so the batter is spread evenly and there are no air bubbles.
Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes,or insert a toothpick comes out clean then your cake is done .
