Falooda is a desert which is everybody's favorite.
Take a pan, add milk and stir it on low gas till thick.
Add sugar and cardamom to the milk.
Boil vermicelli, soak subja seeds in water and chop the almonds.
Take milk and add rose syrup to it.
For making falooda---
Take a glass and add some rabri.
Then add vermicelli and then sabja.
Now add crushed ice and pour some milk.
Again layer it with subja, vermicelli, rabri crushed ice, milk and then lastly with rabri again.
Sprinkle almonds and garnish with rose syrup. Chill and serve.
