ABOUT Rose Falooda RECIPE

Falooda is a desert which is everybody's favorite.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Rabri-
  2. 1/2 litre Milk
  3. 2 tablespoons Sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  5. 1 teaspoon Rose water
  6. For Falooda---
  7. 1/2 cup Vermicelli
  8. 2 tablespoons Subja Seeds
  9. 1 cup Milk
  10. 2 cups Crushed Ice
  11. 2 tablespoons Rose Syrup
  12. 2 teaspoons Chopped Almonds

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add milk and stir it on low gas till thick.
  2. Add sugar and cardamom to the milk.
  3. Boil vermicelli, soak subja seeds in water and chop the almonds.
  4. Take milk and add rose syrup to it.
  5. For making falooda---
  6. Take a glass and add some rabri.
  7. Then add vermicelli and then sabja.
  8. Now add crushed ice and pour some milk.
  9. Again layer it with subja, vermicelli, rabri crushed ice, milk and then lastly with rabri again.
  10. Sprinkle almonds and garnish with rose syrup. Chill and serve.
