ABOUT Mayonnaise RECIPE

Serve this lip smacking mayonnaise with salads, bread, sandwiches or momos. Kids relish eating it with paranthas. Store this mayonnaise for up to 1 week in refrigerator.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full cream milk - ¼ cup
  2. Vegetable Oil - ¾ cup
  3. Salt - ½ teaspoon
  4. Black peppercorns - ¼ teaspoon (coarsely ground)
  5. Mustard powder - ½ teaspoon
  6. Vinegar - 2 teaspoon
  7. Powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take chilled full cream milk in a mixer grinder.
  2. Add sugar powder.
  3. Add 3/4th chilled vegetable oil.
  4. Add salt, freshly crushed black pepper, mustard powder and churn all the ingredients well.
  5. Now add rest of the oil as well, followed by 2 teaspoon vinegar.
  6. Churn well until thick and dense in consistency.
  7. Mayonnaise with milk is now ready.
