ABOUT Mayonaise salad. RECIPE

A side dish item for lunch/ dinner.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Carrot (grated) -1/2
  2. Green chillies -2
  3. Mayonnaise - 2 tblsp
  4. Black pepper powder (half tsp)
  5. Chaat masala (half tsp)
  6. Salt (on taste)
  7. Sugar (on taste)
  8. Coriander leaves (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take carrots.
  2. Add the mayonnaise. Mix it with the carrots.
  3. Mix green chillies and coriander leaves.
  4. Add all the masalas (black peeper powder, salt, sugar, chaat masala)
  5. Mix all this to the spices and serve it.
