Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1litre milk
  2. 1cup suji
  3. 1cup all purpose flour
  4. 1 1/2 cup sugar for syrup
  5. ghee for frying
  6. 1teaspoon kali mirch
  7. 1tablespoon saunf
  8. water for sugar syrup
  9. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice for sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, put in water, sugar and boil it.
  2. Squeeze lemon in sugar syrup.
  3. Take a flat pan, put ghee and heat it for frying.
  4. Add all ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Make a smooth batter for malpura.
  6. Check the temperature of the ghee.
  7. Make small puras in pan by dropping the batter with a laddle.
  8. Fry the puras till golden brown by flipping over.
  9. Put the malpuras in sugar syrup.
  10. After a minute the Shahi Malpras are ready to serve.
