Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cow milk 1/2 litre
  2. Buffalo milk 1/2 litre
  3. Sugar 2 cup
  4. Water 5 cup
  5. Vinegar 4 tbsp
  6. Saffron 1 pinch
  7. Rose water 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in heavy bottom vessel.. After boiling, gas off and take rest for 5 minutes
  2. Mix vinegar in 1/2 cup water then add 1 tbsp vinegar and water mixture into the hot milk and stir..repeat this process When chenna and way is separated then stop adding vinegar
  3. Strain the chenna and wash under the tap water then squeeze excess water
  4. Knead the chenna at least 10 minutes
  5. Make 15 medium size chenna balls
  6. No cracks in chenna balls
  7. Take sugar and water in cooker, boil them
  8. When sugar and water mixture is started boiling then add chenna balls one by one
  9. Cover the lid in pressure cooker and cook 1st minute in high flame then cook another 6-7 minutes in slow flame
  10. After 6-7 minutes, gas off.. Remove steam from cooker immediately and open your cooker
  11. Add 1 tsp rose water in one bowl which have 7-8 rasgulle & add saffron in another rasgulle bowl... It's totally optional...
  12. Rest 2-3 hours... Serve your chilled and delicious saffron rasgulle
  13. Enjoy your rose rasgulle
