Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sliced onions - 4
  2. Cabbage cut in julians - 1 cup
  3. Capsicum cut in julians - 1
  4. Maida - 4 tsp
  5. Arraroot - 2 tsp
  6. Red chillie powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Vinegar - 1 tsp
  8. Soya sauce - 2 tsp
  9. Aginomoto - 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt - according to taste
  11. Water as needed
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Put all veggies in a large bowl
  2. Add all masale according to your taste
  3. Add maida and arraroot
  4. Add soya sauce, aginomoto, and vinegar.
  5. Mix well
  6. Add some water and make a thick batter.
  7. Hot oil
  8. When oil become hot put bhajiye in hot oil and fry on medium flame.
  9. Enjoy your bhajiye with tomato sauce and salsa.
