Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion 250 grams
  2. Tomatoes puree 2 tbsp
  3. Fresh cream ya malai 1/2 cup
  4. Oil 2 tspn
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
  6. Green chilly 1 chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Zeera 1/2 tspn
  9. Hing 2 pinch
  10. Haldi 1tspn
  11. Red chilly pow to taste
  12. Garam masala 1/2 tspn
  13. Coriander powder 1/2 tspn
  14. Kasoori methi 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan , add hing nd zeera then add onions cook it till become brown. Now add Ginger garlic paste nd cook 2 min.
  2. Now add haldi nd salt , nd tomato paste nd green chilly cook it till leave oil.
  3. Now add red chilly pow, garam masala nd coriender pow cook fr 2 min. Now at last add cream or malai cook fr 2min.
  4. Creamy onions r ready. Garnish with kasoori methi .
