Crispy and delicious onion pakodas for the evening snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Gram flour - 1 cup
  2. Chopped onions - 2
  3. Chopped green chilies - 2
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Amchoor - 1/4 tsp
  8. Caram seeds - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make a thick batter by adding gram flour and water in a bowl.
  2. Mix all the spices and vegetables to that batter.
  3. Stir them perfectly.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the small sized pakoras.
  5. Fry them until they become crispy.
  6. Keep them on a tissue paper. Serve the hot pakoras with tea or sauce.
