A simple chammanthi to be served along with kappa (mashed tapioca). Enhance the flavors of tapioca with this spicy accompaniment.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Baby onions 15
  2. Red chili whole 3-4
  3. Coconut oil 2-3 tbsp
  4. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Grind together the baby onions and red chilies.
  2. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Add salt as required.
  4. Add coconut oil little by little, and mix well with clean fingers, until everything comes together.
  5. Serve with rice or mashed tapioca.
