Start by smashing the bananas.
Into this add wheat flour and grated jaggery in a big mixer.
Add some water say 1 cup, and grind the mixture to a fine paste.
Add in the elachi.
In a small non stick pan with holes on it to cook the dish, we call as paniyaram pan, add enough oil, and a spoonful of the batter and allow to cook on either sides.
The dish is ready.
