ABOUT Nutty Cake RECIPE

An eggless, nuts filled cake which is a perfect tea time snack, follow this easy recipe to make some at home.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida [all purpose flour] 1 cup
  2. Suji [semolina] 1 cup
  3. Curd 1 cup
  4. Malai [home made cream] 1 cup
  5. Sugar powder 1 cup
  6. Coffee powder - 1 small sachet
  7. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  8. Baking soda 1/2 tbs
  9. almonds & cashew nuts 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix all of them well. Form a cake batter of pouring consistency.
  2. Grease a baking tray with some ghee, dust some maida and then pour the cake batter into it.
  3. Sprinkle nuts all over the batter
  4. Bake the cake in a pre-heated oven for 30-40 mins at 150 degrees. Cool and cut the cake to serve.
