Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Onion - 2
  2. Gram flour [besan] - 1/2 cup
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 th tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Water [as required]
  6. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and keep them aside.
  2. Take besan, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt , in a bowl.
  3. Add the chopped onions and water to the above to make a thick pakoda batter.
  4. Heat enough amount of water in a kadhai, drop the pakoda batter into it, fry & strain the pakodas, serve hot with some sauce.
