ABOUT Crispy Onion Pakoda RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3 onions sliced finely
  2. Few curry leaves chopped
  3. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  4. 1" ginger piece grated
  5. 2 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/4 tesp asafodita
  8. 1/4 tesp baking soda
  9. 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  10. 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  11. 1/2 cup basen flour
  12. 2 to 3 tbsp water
  13. Oil to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix onion,curry leaf, coriander leaf,chilli,salt ,baking soda, asafodita , grated ginger.,besan and rice flour.
  2. Mix gently with a tablespoon of oil.
  3. Sprinkle water and mix ,the onions should be coated with the flour.It should not be soggy.
  4. Heat oil and shallow fry till golden brown.
  5. Onion pakodas are ready as a snack or side dish.
