ABOUT Veg Crispy RECIPE

Vegetables marinated in some spices then deep fried.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vegetables of you choice cut into small pieces 2 cups. The vegetables that i have used are :
  2. Carrot, onion, capsicum, baby corn, cauliflower, green beans, green chillies ,
  3. Corn kernels
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  5. Maida 1/2 cup
  6. Cornflour 2 tablespoon
  7. Rice flour 1 tablespoon
  8. Red food colour 1/6 teaspoon
  9. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Add little water to make thick batter
  3. Heat the oil and deep fry small small portion (bhajeeyas) .
  4. Enjoy with Tea or coffee
  5. For proper veg crispy heat 2 teaspoon oil add diced onion capsicum and spring onion (green).. Cook for 1-2 mins. Add 1 teaspoon soya sauce , 1 teaspoon chilli sauce 2 teaspoon tomato ketchup sauté it and add fried veggies..
  6. Sauté and it's read.
