Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 4 cups boiled penne pasta
  2. 2 small onion (finally chopped)
  3. 3 tbsp garlic
  4. 3 cups boneless chicken (cutted in strips)
  5. 1 1/2 cup mushroom (finally chopped)
  6. 1/2 cup baby corn ( diagonally chopped)
  7. 2 cups fresh tomato puree (or can use tinned)
  8. 1 cup fresh cream
  9. 1 1/2 cup grated cheese (amul)
  10. 3 tbsp mixed hurbs
  11. 4 tbsp chilli flakes
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 2 tsp pepper crushed
  14. 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper (finally chopped)
  15. 1/2 cup red bell peppers (finally chopped)
  16. 7 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok put in garlic and saute it until golden brown.
  2. Then put the chopped onion and cook untill onions are soft.
  3. Then put in the chicken strips and let it cook.
  4. Once half cooked add the mushroom and baby corn and let it cook for 2 min.
  5. Then put the tomato puree and let it cook until chicken is cooked and tomato puree thickens little.
  6. Then add salt,pepper,chilli flackes and mixed herbs and mix.
  7. Then add the cream and let it cook for 5 min.
  8. Then add the all the cheese and let all the cheese melt in the sauce.
  9. Then add the both bell peppers and mix well.
  10. Lastly put the boiled penne pasta and mix well so that pasta absorb all the sauce.
  11. And enjoy.
