Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms Penne pasta
  2. 2 tbsp Olive oil
  3. 4 Tomatoes chopped
  4. 2 cubes processed Cheese
  5. 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  6. 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
  7. 1 tbsp Oregano
  8. 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
  11. Vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta with salt. Sieve and keep aside.
  2. In a pan take 1 tbsp of olive oil. Saute chopped tomatoes for 5 minutes. Let it cool. Blend it into a puree.
  3. If you want to add vegetables, saute them for a minute in 1 tsp of oil. Vegetables like broccoli, corn and capsicum can be used.
  4. Add chopped garlic to the pan. Pour in the tomato puree. Add to this sweet chilli sauce, grated cheese, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, garlic powder.
  5. Add boiled pasta and toss this well.
  6. Serve hot with garlic bread.
