Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 4 garlic cloves
  2. 4 boiled tomatoes
  3. Some chopped basil
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 spoon oregano
  6. 2 spoon chilli flacks
  7. 2 spoon tomato sauce
  8. Olive oil
  9. 1 chopped onion
  10. Penne passta 250 grams
  11. 50 grams Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat 3 cups of water in any vessel. Add ½ tsp salt and 2 tsp oil into it After it starts simmering, place pasta into it and let it boil Boil the pasta for 10 minutes and stir it at regular intervals Within 12 to 15 minutes pasta gets cooked. To check the pasta is cooked or not, press it with your hands. Pasta has turned soft Strain the pasta in a sieve to drain the excess water
  2. the excess water and keep it aside. In another pan/kadai, add oil and garlic and green chili. Sauté it for 2 minutes. Add chopped onions, sauté for 3 minutes, until soft.
  3. Add chopped Tomatoes and cook till they are done. Now add tomato puree, tomato sauce, chili flakes, black pepper, oregano, basil leaf and salt to taste. Cook together for a few Minutes till the aroma comes together.
  4. Pasta and keep mixing till the sauce thickens and pasta is well coated. Add cheese spread. Cook for about 2 minutes. Serve Penne Pasta immediately with some extra cheese for garnish.
