Everyone prepares the regular aloo parantha and methi parantha, so I have prepared chicken stuffed parathas with veggies.

Take a bowl, put in the maida, salt, water and make a soft dough. Keep it aside.
Boil the chicken with salt and pepper powder, once the chicken is cooked, cool it and shred it.
Take oil in a wok, add green chilly, ginger paste and saute well. Then add onions, cabbage, carrot, capsicum and saute it for 3 minutes. Add the remaining spices and mix well. Next add the shredded chicken, mix well and stir for 1 minute. Set aside.
Take the dough roll out a chapati, add the above stuffing in the center. Apply maida paste on the edges and close the chapati in a triangle shape and seal it.
Take a non stick pan and fry it on both the sides by applying ghee/butter/oil.
Chicken stuffed parathas are now ready to be served hot with curd or chutney.
