ABOUT Chicken Paratha RECIPE

This ia a quick recipe of chicken parathas, that can be served as snacks or given as breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Oil - 2tablespoon
  3. Chicken - 1/2 cup boiled and shredded
  4. Pepper powder - 1/2tablespoon
  5. Water - 1/4cup or as required
  6. Cilantro - 2/3tablespoon chopped
  7. Butter - 2/3tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add flour,salt,oil,shredded chicken,pepper powder and cilantro mix well.
  2. Add water as required to knead it into a dough.
  3. Roll the dough into thick rotis.
  4. Than cook it on hot tawa with required amount of oil or butter.
