Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Red adzuki beans/Lal Chavli 1/2 cup, soaked overnight and pressure cooked
  2. Soy Malt milk 2 cups (you may use regular or almond milk)
  3. Dates 1/4 cup, pitted and roughly chopped
  4. Frozen banana 1/2 cup
  5. Vanilla Powder a pinch

Instructions

  1. Place boiled beans, frozen banan, half quantity of dates, milk and blend all at high speed until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla powder and give one more spin.
  3. Now add the remaining chunks of dates and mic it well.
  4. Pour it into serving glasses and enjoy
  5. You can opt to chill it before serving
  6. Top it with fresh banana slices or dates or nuts of your choice
