This is a very healthy drink for everyone from kids to elderly as it contains vitamins,minerals and fiber.Also there is no sugar as the dates we add give it a natural sweetness.

  1. Bananas-2
  2. Milk-2 cups
  3. Dates(black)-8 to 10
  4. Cashews-8

Instructions

  1. Cut bananas into pieces,add desseeded dates and cashews .Pour milk and blend till smooth consistency is achieved.
  2. Serve cold.
