Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 large ripe bananas
  2. 3-4 pitted dates
  3. 2 cups clean spinach leaves
  4. 1.5 cups Almond/Slim milk

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  2. In case you are averse to raw spinach taste, then add blanched spinach leaves. For additional sweetness, increase amount of dates or add honey
  3. Add chia seeds to make it more nutritional
  4. Pour in serving glass and serve
