Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 450 grams mutton boneless(cut into very small piece)
  2. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  4. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  7. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 2 tsp oil
  9. 2 green chilli finely chopped
  10. 2 medium onion finely chopped
  11. 2 medium tomatoes finely chopped
  12. 2 boiled potatoes cut into small cube
  13. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker add mutton, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt,garam masala pow,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder and water 2 cups and cook till mutton is done
  2. In a pan heat oil add chopped onion and cook till lightly golden brown
  3. Now add tomatoes in onion and green chilli
  4. Now add boiled potatoes in it and cook for 2-3 min and add salt on it
  5. Now check mutton when its complete cooked dry all its water
  6. Add it into potatoes and mix it well ,garnish with coriander leave..
  7. Now cut the small naan like a burger add this mixture on naan cover it with Upar side of naan and lightly heat it on pan..
  8. Serve hot with mint and coriander chutney.
