Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For ice cream:
  2. Heavy cream-1 Cup
  3. Condensed milk-1/2 cup
  4. Vanilla essence-1tsp
  5. For Praline:
  6. Pecans-2tbsps crushed
  7. Brown/white sugar-1tbsp
  8. Butter-1tsp
  9. Cinnamon powder a pinch
  10. Caramel sauce
  11. Brown sugar-1/4cup
  12. Butter-1tbsp
  13. Heavy cream-1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Ice cream: Beat cream with essence till stiff peak forms.Add condensed milk and beat till combined.
  2. Praline: Mix crushed pecans sugar butter and cinnamon and heat in low flame in a pan till it caramelizes take care not to burn.
  3. Caramel sauce: Heat sugar till it caramelizes add butter, cream and switches off and mix well. (I went ahead and heated little of the sauce a bit more to make hard  caramel to crush and top on ice cream).
  4. Fold in the caramelized pecans and a little caramel sauce. I sprinkled crushed hard caramel on top too. Freeze for minimum 3 hours. Serve with caramel sauce drizzled on top. The yummiest pecan and praline ice cream are ready.
