ABOUT Soft Egg Cake in Non-Stick Pan RECIPE

Traditional Malabar recipe with egg

Ingredients Serving: 5

Egg 5
Sugar 4 tablespoons
Cardamom powder 1/2 tablespoon
Ghee 1 tablespoon
Kishmish 1/2 tablespoon
Cashew nut 1/2 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

Take a bowl and break 5 eggs and add sugar and cardamom powder, salt in it and mix it well until increasing the volume of the mixture
Heat a sauce pan and add ghee and roast the cashew and kish mish and keep it aside
In the same pan add the mixture and slow the flame and after 2 sec add a thick plate under the flame and keep the pan and close the pan and wait for 5 min and add the roasted cashew and kish mish in it
Check it with toothpick or a knife when we get it clean off the flame and let it cool
Once it get cool change it in to a serving plate and cut as your like shape
