Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Button mushroom – 1 kg
  2. Wasabi powder – 100 gm
  3. Milk maid – 1 tin
  4. Japanese mayonnaise or eggless mayonnaise - 1 bottle
  5. Lemon – 5 no
  6. Watermelon – 1 no
  7. Mint – 50 gm
  8. Ripe Mango – 2 no
  9. Sweet chili sauce – 1 bottle
  10. Black sesame seed – 20 gm
  11. Rice flour – 1 kg
  12. Refined flour – 1 kg
  13. Tang mein or corn starch – 500 gm
  14. Potato starch – 500 gm
  15. Baking powder – 100 gm
  16. Refined oil – to fry
  17. Salt – to taste

Instructions

  1. Compress the watermelon with mint.
  2. In the meantime make batter with potato starch, tang main flour or regular corn starch, bakingpowder, refinedflour, rice flour and cold water.
  3. Mix wasabi powder with Japanese mayonnaise or regular eggless mayonnaise, and milkmaid.
  4. Dust the mushrooms with refined flour and dip them in the batter. Fry them till golden brown.
  5. Coat them with the wasabi mayonnaise.
  6. Top it up with mango salsa which is made by mixing mango with sweet chili sauce and a dash of lemon juice.
  7. Serve them with compressed watermelon.
