Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wasabi paste 1 tsp
  2. Garlic 3-4 cloves
  3. 1/2 cup parsley
  4. 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  5. 1/4 cup spring onion leaves
  6. 3-4 sprigs of mint leaves
  7. 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  8. 2 tsp olive oil
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together and form a smooth puree.
  2. Pour in serving glass
  3. Garnish with cucumber slice and few droplets of olive oil.
  4. Serve cold
