ABOUT Mushroom Frittata on Toast RECIPE

This lovely breakfast made my day. Mushrooms, white onions, green chilies and tomatoes into a well beaten Egg. Lovely Frittata on brown bread Toast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3-4 - Fresh Mushrooms
  2. 2 - Eggs
  3. 4 - Slices Brown Bread
  4. 1 - Big Size Tomato
  5. 1 - White Onion
  6. 1 Green Chili Chopped
  7. 1 tsp - Butter
  8. 1 tbs - Oil
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2 tsp - Paprika
  11. Pinch of turmeric
  12. Some Cilantro leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and chop mushrooms then saute them in a little oil.
  2. Chop onion, tomatoes and add to the mushrooms, stir fry. add salt turmeric paprika and green chilies.
  3. Beat eggs and pour over mushrooms. Cook on slow heat and let the top cook by covering it.
  4. Cut out halves and place on toasted brown bread.
  5. Enjoy it hot.
