Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Red masoor dal 1 cup( soked and crushed)
  2. Chopped onion 1 cup
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 spoons
  4. Coriander handful
  5. Crushed green chilly 1 to 2 spoons
  6. Rice flour 1 spoon
  7. Red chilly powder as per taste
  8. Garam masala 1 spon
  9. Lemon juice 1 to 2 spoons
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Oil for stir fry
  12. Haldi pinch

Instructions

  1. Take one spoon of oil in pan add in ginger garlic pst and thn salute in onions till golden brown.
  2. Now add in green chilly and cook.
  3. Once its done we can add in all dry masals and cook well till masals are cooked propely.
  4. Now in one big bowl take crushed masoor dal and in onion cooked and add in rice flour and mix well.
  5. Now you can adjust masals agin as per taste add in lemon juice and coriander and giv good mix.
  6. Keep the mixture covred for 10 to 15 mins.
  7. Now you can make hole in middle keep onion pc or foil pc on tht plac hot coal and add ghee over it and cover few sec.
  8. Now you can make tikkes of any shape. And stir fry it.
  9. Mosoori dil are ready to serve.
