Shimlamirch [capsicum] in Thick tomato and peanut gravy

Ingredients Serving: 4

Shimlamirch [capsicum] 3 pcs
Tomato 3 pcs
Onion 2 pcs
Adrak mirch paste [Ginger & green chilly paste] 2 table spoon
Lasun paste [Garlic paste] 1 table spoon
Roasted peanuts 1/2 cup
Coriander 1 cup
Khada masala ( tamal patra/suaf/sukhi lal mirchi)
Ghee 1 spoon
oil
Jeera
Haldi powder 1 teaspoon
Chilly powder as per taste
salt as per taste
Fresh malai 1 spoon
Kasuri methi 1 spoon

Instructions

Chop shimlamirch [capsicum] into cubes and keep aside.
Make fine paste of onion.
Boil tomatoes and make fine paste.
Make paste of peanuts also.
Now take ghee and oil and add in jeera and khada masals (tamalpatra/souf/taj/sukhi lal mirchi). when done, add in onion paste .once it leaves oil , add in lasun paste and adrak mirch paste.
Then add in tomato paste and peanuts gravy and add in all the masalas.
Now add in shimla mirchi and cook. We do not want mirchi to get too soggy . keep them little crunchy.
Then add in coriander / kasuri methi and malai and cook.
Serve it with roti,naan or rice.
