Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potatoes 1 kg
  2. Boiled green peas 400 gm
  3. Cornflour 1/2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Coriander powder 1 tbspn
  6. cumin powder 1 tspn
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tspn
  8. Garam masala 1 tspn
  9. Hing a pinch
  10. Green chilly chopped 2
  11. Chopped coriander leaves
  12. oil

Instructions

  1. Grate boiled potatoes. Add cornflour, salt and chopped coriander leaves.
  2. Take a wok, heat 1 tbsp oil, add hing. Add boiled peas, chopped green chillies, salt, cumin, coriander, red chilli, garam masala powders. Saute well. Slightly crush the peas in the wok while cooking. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Cool the mixture.
  4. Now grease your palms with little oil. Take a dollop of potato mixture, fill peas stuffing in centre and close the tikkis. Make all tikkis likewise.
  5. Shallow fry the tikkis in a non stick pan.
  6. Serve with green chutney and meethi chutney.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and bhujiya sev.
