Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1/2 cup
  2. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 200 gms
  4. Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  5. Tutti fruity 1/3 cup
  6. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  7. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  8. Milk 1 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Dry roast semolina , soak in milk for 30 mins
  2. Sift flour , baking powder and baking soda
  3. In another bowl mix sugar , vanilla extract
  4. Now mix flour and siaked semolina
  5. Mix them all very well
  6. Heat pressure cooker for 10 mins without gasket and whistle
  7. Grease and dust a baking pan or any ceramic bowl
  8. The bowl should fit in the pressure cooker , it should not touch the pressure cooker walls
  9. Now pour the batter in the baking pan , bake for 10 mins in high heat , bake another 20 mins in slow heat
  10. Check with a toothpick , if it comes clean then switch off gas , if not then bake some time more , 4_5 mins
  11. Let it cooled down for another 10 mins inside the pressure cooker
  12. Take out the cake , cooled down completely before making pieces.
