Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Plain noodles - 1 pkt
  2. Minced garlic - half tsp
  3. Carrots- 2 cut into long strips
  4. Capsicum- 1 cut into long strips
  5. Onion- 1 chopped into long strips
  6. Salt- 1tsp
  7. Water- To boil noodles
  8. Oil- tsps
  9. Pepper- half tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles with salt and strain them
  2. Take oil in a kadayi add minced garlic and fry well
  3. Now add onions fry them, add carrots, and capsicum and mix well
  4. Add pepper, mix well
  5. Add the boiled noodles and mix well
  6. Serve hot with chilli sauce
