ABOUT Chicken rice RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken with bones 250 gm
  2. Tomato 1 paste 1/2 cup
  3. Onion paste 1/2 cup
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. coriander powder 1 tsp
  6. Rosted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  8. All whole spices ( clove, cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon stick) each 1
  9. Oil 2 tbs
  10. Salt 1 tsp
  11. Rice 1 cup
  12. Salt 1 tbs or to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tbs oil add whole spices and onion paste saute till brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  3. Add chicken and tomato paste cook for few minutes.
  4. Now add all spices, salt and enough water to make thick gravy.
  5. Cook until done.
  6. Take large pot add water and rice.
  7. When it boils add 1 tsp oil and salt and cook until 80 percent done.
  8. Strain in a strainer.
  9. Mix chicken and rice and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  10. Chicken rice is ready to serve.
