Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm paneer
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 potato
  5. 1/2 cup spinach
  6. 3 tbsp chopped garlic
  7. One cup boiled mixed vegetables [green peas, carrots, corns]
  8. 1cup steam rice
  9. 3 pieces of mushrooms
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. Three tbsp Butter
  12. 1tbsp oregano
  13. 1tbsp chilli flakes
  14. Salt
  15. 1 tbsp Black pepper Powder
  16. For sauce:
  17. 1 tbsp Butter
  18. 1tbsp garlic
  19. Salt
  20. 1 tbsp cornflour + two tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Cut the paneer into cubes.
  2. In bowl take Paneer cubes add salt ,chilli flakes, black pepper powder and marinate for 20 minutes and then insert skerwers through them.
  3. Heat one tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry marinated Paneer keep aside
  4. In same pan fry potato wedges [cute the potatoes into wedges and par boil them if required , before hand].
  5. In same pan fry ,tomato [Cut into half]
  6. Then shallow fry the diced onions and keep aside,
  7. In same pan put one tb oil add chopped garlic and add Spinach leaves add Little salt and mix well and keep aside
  8. In same pan heat Little oil add garlic and add boiled vegetables and cook for a minute
  9. In same pan take Little oil add garlic add coriander leaves then add Cooked rice and mix well
  10. Basically shallow fry everything for few minutes and keep aside to be assembled.
  11. Now heat sizzler plate on gas.
  12. Meanwhile reheat whole cooked vegetables arranged one by one in pan
  13. In sauce pan heat butter and add garlic when garlic cooked add corn slurry ( cornflour and water) let it cook for one minute
  14. Now arrange cabbage leaves on hot plate otherwise the vegetables will burn
  15. Then arrange the cooked rice and the vegetables.
  16. Then arrange Cooked spinach and finally arrange Paneer Shashlik on top of the rice
  17. Then pour the hot ,ready sauce on the side of hot sizzler plate .
  18. Now serve hot
  19. Your yummy sizzler plate is ready enjoy
