ABOUT Poha Kheer RECIPE

A delicious kheer made with flattened rice or poha.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 50 gm poha
  2. One lit milk
  3. 100 gm condensed milk
  4. Elaichi powder
  5. Some dry fruits chopped
  6. One tbl spn ghee
  7. 50 gm sugar
  8. Some saffron flake

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk in a deep pan till it reduce half
  2. In another pan put ghee and lightly roast the poha
  3. Add poha with milk and cook for ten minute add condensed milk
  4. Add elaichi powder and dry fruits and some saffron
  5. You can also keep it in fridge and enjoy it chilled
  6. Garnish with pistachio and rose flakes.
