Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oil 2tbsp
  2. Musturd seeds 1tbsp
  3. Cumin seeds 1tbsp
  4. Hing [Asafoetida] a pinch
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 2tbsp raw peanuts
  7. 10-15 curry leaves
  8. 3-4 green chillies
  9. 1tsp powdered sugar
  10. 3 cup thin poha

Instructions

  1. Take 2tsp oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute
  2. Add mustard seeds;cumin seeds,Curry leaves ,green chillies and microwave for minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder,Hing ,peanuts mix well . microwave for 1 minute
  4. Add poha mix well microwave for 3minutes stirring after one minute
  5. Add salt and powdered sugar.mix well .poha chivda ready.
