Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Murmura / kurmura - 5 cups
  2. Curry leaves - 12-15
  3. Garlic Cloves, Slit - 10
  4. Peanuts - 1/2 cup
  5. Salt as required
  6. Powdered Sugar as required
  7. Oil - 5 tbsp
  8. Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
  9. Hing - 1/4 tsp
  10. Haldi - 1/2 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder- 2 tbsp
  12. Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
  13. Green chilies - 2

Instructions

  1. Heat 5 tbsp of oil in a bowl in microwave for 2 min on high.
  2. Add mustard seeds, chilies, curry leaves, slit garlic. Mix well and microwave for 2 min. Add peanuts and microwave for total 2.5 mins taking out after every 1 minute or until nice aroma of roasted peanuts arises.
  3. Add hing, haldi, chat masala, red chilli powder, mix and microwave for 30 seconds. Add murmura, stir and microwave for 2 min taking out every 1 min. Lastly add salt and powdered sugar. Mix well and serve.
