Cut all vegetables. Take an oven proof dish,put garlic paste and micro for 30sec. Take out add potato,carrot ,beans ,chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric & salt. Pour enough water just to cover the veg. Cook for 5 min. then take out & add peas, tomato & onion.Cook for another 5 min.
Remove from microwave & add coconut milk & coriander leaves. Micro for 3 more min. Remove, stir well to make gravy thick.
Serve hot.
I cooked on High for each step.
