Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onion : 1
  2. Tomato : 1
  3. Carrot : ½
  4. Beans : 5
  5. Potato : 1
  6. Green peas : 1 cup
  7. Coriander, Curry leaves
  8. Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  9. Garam masala powder : ½ tsp
  10. Salt
  11. Oil : 2 tsp
  12. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  13. Cinnamon, cardamom, cloves : 1
  14. For Coconut Paste :
  15. Grated Coconut : 3 tsp
  16. Cumin seeds : ½ tsp
  17. Green chilli : 1

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the vegetables carrot and potato,beans, green peas, kidney beans for 5 -10 min over medium flame and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion,tomato for 2 min.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala, curry leaves and keep saute to 2 min.
  4. Add cooked veg with water,salt mix well and cook for 10 min
  5. Add coconut paste and keep saute for 2 min.
  6. Add coriander leaves
