ABOUT Karara Besan Toast RECIPE

An easy and different breakfast which can replace the egg and be served as a vegetarian option of egg bread toasts.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 slices of bread
  2. 2 tbsp of besan(gram flour)
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. Chopped Coriander
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chilli powder
  8. 1-1 1/2 cup of water
  9. little oil for cooking
  10. Chat masala

Instructions

  1. Make a batter using the besan and required amount of water.
  2. add chopped onion, salt ,green chilli and coriander leaves into the above batter.
  3. Give it a nice mix.
  4. Add chilly powder as well.
  5. Heat a non stick pan/tawa.
  6. Put the bread slices on the tawa.
  7. spread besan batter and little oil
  8. Turn the bread to the other, apply the besan batter and oil in the same way.
  9. cook from both the sides
  10. sprinkle chat masala and serve with ketchup.
